• The quoted cost of signage is per annum, on a fixed term of 3 years exclusive of GST.
• The Advertiser is responsible for the supply, maintenance and removal of all signs.
• AMI Stadium Limited reserves the right to approve signage prior to its erection.
• The Advertiser is responsible for the cost of removal of signage and cost of restoring the area to its previous condition.
• Where it is a condition to any event that the Stadium is to be clear of advertising, AMI Stadium Ltd has the right, at its cost, to cover the advertising sign for the duration of the event without any compensations or reduction in rental.
• All external signage is subject to resource consent and relevant approvals.
